• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking

• You may cancel your booking within the first 14 days free of charge and deposits will be returned.

​

• Notwithstanding the above, deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your booking after the first 14 days, but deposits can be transferred in the event that you change the dates of your booking.

​

• If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your due arrival date we will not refund any charges paid but will allow you to reschedule your booking to another date within the same calendar year.

​

• In the event that there are no suitable alternative dates or no availability, we will after deduction of the deposit offer a 50% refund of paid charges if you decide to cancel within 14 days of your arrival date.

​

• In the event of forced closure of the park all paid charges will be returned.

​

• All outstanding balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival

​

• Refunds are always at the discretion of Hillend Caravan Park Ltd.

​

• No lodge can be occupied by more persons than the berths provided. i.e. 6 in Dunes, 4 in Peaks, 4 in Sands

​

• Arrivals are from 3pm on-wards

​

• You must vacate the lodge by 10.00 on the day of your departure.

​

• Minor breakages - upon departure, it will be appreciated if minor breakages  ( i.e. crockery and glassware) are brought to our attention and that the lodge is left in a clean and tidy condition .

​

• Major breakages / theft - you agree to reimburse the cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any major items damaged during your stay.  This includes beds/bedding, audio/visual equipment, soft furnishings, and damage to the fabric of the building including kitchens and appliances.

​

• All towels provided are for use within the lodge only.  You must bring your own towels for use at the beach and on outdoor seating

​

• You are not permitted to bring pets to our lodges.

​

• There is a strict no smoking policy inside the lodges. 

​

• Tents, gazebos or other external structures are not to be erected next to the lodge

​

• You are permitted to bring a maximum of 2 vehicles to the park

​

• We will not accept groups under the age of 25 or stag or hen parties under any circumstances

​

• Rubbish must be bagged and taken to the bin compound next to the café. You must dispose of all rubbish upon departure.

​

• The discharge of fireworks or firearms is strictly prohibited on the park

​

• You must drive sensibly on the park at all times and speed limits must be adhered to

​

• Misrepresentation – we reserve the right to cancel your booking if the makeup of your group or group size has been misrepresented in any way.

​

• You must conduct yourself with due regard to others at all times.  We will not tolerate loud music, or any form of anti-social behaviour whilst on the park

​

• Payment of the booking fee implies your acceptance of these terms & conditions.
